Once the download finished, Sarah double-clicked the file. She clicked through the standard "Next" and "Yes" prompts, watching the progress bar crawl across the screen. Within minutes, a new icon appeared on her desktop:

If you are on a remote server without a display, you don't need the graphical ADT. Use the Python scripts directly: Once the download finished, Sarah double-clicked the file
Once the download is complete, follow the installation prompts. On Linux, disable 3D acceleration in the VM
Upon first launch, ADT will ask for the location of and AutoDock Vina executables (you need to download these separately if you plan to run docking).
