Waves V9 uses a "WaveShell" system. Instead of individual .dll files for every plugin, you often get one file (e.g., WaveShell-VST 9.2.dll ). When you open this in your DAW, it should expand to show the individual plugins (L2, C1, etc.). If your DAW cannot load the shell, the plugins won't show.
