If you upgrade a Toshiba laptop to Windows 11, install TVAP for Windows 10 64-bit in (right-click installer > Properties > Compatibility). However, for mission-critical use, stay on Windows 10 64-bit for full TVAP support. These are available on the same driver download page as TVAP
