(if you can call it that): A young martial artist wants to learn from “Jackie Chan” (who is barely in it). Generic training montages, revenge subplot, low-rent fights with wire work that’s more laughable than exciting. The English dubbing is hilariously bad – think 70s kung fu theater but without the charm.
