While not in the original manga, the Asgard arc (exclusive to the 1986 anime) is considered a masterpiece of filler. The Knights face the God Warriors of Odin, led by the tragic duo of Hilda and Siegfried. It introduced the "God Robe" concept and is often praised for its emotional depth. Saint Seiya
