Run the tool again and click "Restore Default Windows Boot Configuration". Then manually go to "Turn Windows features on or off" and uncheck "Hyper-V", "Virtual Machine Platform", and "Windows Hypervisor Platform". Reboot twice to fully clear the hypervisor stack.
