To play the Unto the Evil or Bloodfall DLC packs, you generally need the game updated to at least version 1.0.3. Older versions will simply ignore the DLC NSP files.

You need to find an NSP file with a specific title ID. Doom’s base Title ID is 0100751000E82000 . The update 1.0.3 will have a different version number in its metadata. Look for file names containing: doom nsp update 103
