The pack was nested incorrectly. Eaglercraft needs the pack.mcmeta and assets folder to be at the ZIP’s root, not inside another folder.
So we opened the in Eaglercraft (Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder). The pack was there: xray_fixed.zip . Inside, I had Alex check if the pack contained a /assets/minecraft/textures/blocks folder with transparent stone/ore images. But nope — inside the ZIP was another folder named xray_pack , and inside that were the real files. eaglercraft x ray texture pack fixed
