However, for scanning, maintenance, and professional creative workflows, the .dmg installer remains essential. Expect Epson to maintain these files for the next 5–7 years for legacy devices, but eventually, the epson-xxx.dmg format may be replaced by modular installations via the Mac App Store.

FREERIDE/SKITOUR: Very subjective, but is a route more-of-a-walk-than-a-ski or the other way around? Some routes are all about the screaming downhill (freeride), some are more about the hunt for a peak or nice forest (ski-tour). Some are in between.
