Ultraviolet rewrites URLs after DNS resolution. If your browser makes a DNS request to resolve "blocked-site.com" before the proxy rewrites it, the firewall logs the attempt. You must combine UV with encrypted DNS (DoH like Cloudflare 1.1.1.1) to be fully stealthy.
